Ingemar Peters was founded to fill a current gap in the current Talent Acquisition space – the lack of Talent Specialists who have the business experience and expertise needed to understand business strategy, business and technology initiatives and help organisations build the type of diverse talent needed to be relevant in the current marketplace. At Ingemar Peters, we understand this critical aspect of a Talent Acquisition strategy. The company was founded by ex Big 4 Consultants who have the breadth and depth of experience in developing and driving business initiatives and building the right capabilities needed to get to the required outcomes. Our team has hands-on experience in hiring, coaching/ mentoring and managing complex and global teams to deliver strategic and IT programs. We know what it takes to deliver and can help you get there.
We also bring a more relationship-based approach to the Talent Acquisition agenda and work with our candidates closely to provide a better experience through the process. We understand that a candidate’s fit for a role is more than just about the qualifications and experience – it’s about their passion, personal motivations and a fit for the overall organisational culture of the firm they decide to join. We work closely with our candidates to provide end-to-end coaching and support and aim to be our candidates’‘team’ as they go through the process.
We have deep experience within industry (including Financial Services, Retail, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Telecommunications) and Management & IT consulting. We have driven outcome-based projects, delivered to tight timelines and delivered value to our firms and clients.
